FOR YOUR STAY AT THIS RESORT.

 

FIRST IS YOUR SAFETY THEN IS YOUR FUN

 

• Check in is 3PM  Check out is 11 AM  (Quiet time is 11PM – 9AM)

• Serenity Bay will not be held liable for your property damaged, personal accidents or injury to anyone, or deaths in your party, theft, fire damage, collisions, or disasters caused by acts of God.    

• Staying at Serenity Bay Resort is 100% at your own risk.

• Alcohol: Excessive Drinking and Partying WILL NOT be tolerated at any time. Alcohol is only allowed at your private site, NOT permitted on Beach or in public areas, No Glass bottles please use recycle bins provided. 

• Serenity Bay Resort reserves the right to evict anyone who is causing a disturbance at any time.

• Campsites are designed for one camper all additional tents and campers will be charged extra.

•  ATV/HIKING TRAILS are only available for Seasonal and Registered customers. NO visiting ATV’s on Trails, NO under age drivers, FOLLOW SPEED SIGNS,  No riding for pleasure through populated camping area, No ripping up or spinning up roads.    NO second warning!

• Boat Launch included for Seasonal campers. Visitors to seasonal campers must pay $10/day no overnight parking. Dock is for loading and unloading only. Please tie your boat to buoys in lake if you need to come in. Please park at lake front properly follow the sign as there is limited room for parking. If you can take your trailer to your site please do so, that is appreciated.

• We do have a nice sandy bottom swim area BUT we do not have life guards so please be mindful of your children at ALL TIMES (no rocks to be thrown in lake, do not walk on large rocks for your safety)

• Dogs welcome BUT NO Barkers, NO Bitters, NO Diggers. Thank you for picking up behind them.

• Campfires are allowed in fire pits provided as long as there is no fire ban.  Please NEVER leave your fire unattended, AND DO NOT MOVE FIRE PIT TO A NEW LOCATION!  Always put fire out completely with water before you leave.  Fire wood for purchase is at store  $6 a bundle Or 5 bundles/$30

• Potable water is available at water house (bring your own container)

• Showers for your convenience. Please limit your time with hot water so your friend can shower too. Cleaning up behind you is appreciated. Thank you

• Please follow speed signs Never over 20KPH  watch for speed bumps

• Garbage cans provided for Nightly campers by your site.  Please recycle your bottles and cans in bin provided. Seasonals please continue to take all garbage up to large bin on upper level, Thank you.

• Fillet Shack provided for all your fish cleaning needs.  Cleaning up your mess in mandatory. DO NOT PUT ANY FISH REMAINS IN REGULAR GARBAGE CANS.  Put all remains in pails for us to remove. Thank you.

• Absolutely NO REMOVAL of BIRCH BARK FROM TREES  The FLORA is there for all to enjoy please don’t remove.

• FireWorks  ONLY ALLOWED WITH PERMISION FROM OWNERS.

• Firewood is 6/$30

 

This is a privately owned and operated campground. We reserve the right to select our campers and visitors Any infraction of the Resort Rules could result in camping privileges being revoked and any defaults will be charged to your credit card.  Any unreasonable campers will be asked to leave without compensation or reimbursement.
